What you get with each screen room cleaning

Complete a general condition checklist
Clean the windows and/or screens inside and out
Degrease the windows/screens around BBQ's and smokers
Wipe down all aluminium panel frames
Vacuum tracks to remove dirt and buildup (if needed)
Apply a UV protectant to the outside screen to protect and extend its life
Replace missing or damaged window springs (at no charge!)

All of this is provided at a small reasonable charge

starting at just $30 to $40 per panel.

A typical 13 panel screen room would cost approximately $390 to $520 depending if it is screens only, or screens with vinyl windows.

Ceramic/SiO2 Infused protection to the vinyl (to assist in minimizing spotting and dust buildup and increase hydrophobicity)
Inside screen room ceiling wipe down
Minor adjustments made if needed to correct any issues with sliding window panels

Inside louver track cleaning of debris (leaves, twigs, shingle grit)
